As an emerging National Forum of Arbitrators & Mediators (NFAM), we are striving to deliver quality ADR Services and assist in the exploration of new opportunities. NFAM is forging ahead with efforts to create a global platform for accreditation and skill development in alternative dispute resolution.

The following Activities have been conducted so far to meet the ends of the National Forum of Arbitrators & Mediators:

• An ADR Center has been established in Sector F-8, Islamabad, inaugurated by the President, Islamabad High Court Bar Association on 25.1.2022.
• An MOU signed with Mr. Abrar ul Haq, Chairman, Pakistan Red Crescent Society, for mutual coordination on Arbitration matters.
• An MOU with Mr. Javaid Noor, the Zonal Manager of State Life Insurance. it is decided that NFAM will provide its expertise in Arbitration and Mediation.
• Meeting with Advocate Raja Zahid, President Islamabad High Court Bar Association & it was decided to organize a “Training Session” on ADR & Declamation Contest, on the topic of “Dispute Resolution outside Court”.
• Training of Mediators on Alternate Dispute Resolution is scheduled on 23rd-25th Feb, 2022.
• Meeting held with the President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce (ICCI) & decided to sign an  MOU to resolve conflicts between traders.
• Meeting was held with Mr. Hilal Chaudhary, Director General, SAARC & Arbitration Council, and it was decided to work together on ADR.
• Meeting held with China Law Firm “ZOAO Law LLP”, associated with the Embassy & it was mutually agreed to promote ADR.
• Meeting with Mr. Aftab Gul, Additional Secretary, Federal Ombudsman, Islamabad, to mutually work together on Arbitration cases.
• Meeting with Mr. Kamran Cheema, Registrar, Cooperative Housing Societies, Islamabad.
• Meeting with Dr. Attaullah Wattu, Chairman, Law Department, International Islamic University Islamabad, to organize training of Mediators & Conciliators.
• Meeting with Mr. Umar Dad, Director General Trade Dispute Resolution Organization (TDRO).
